Town of Kingston
• DWI: Andrew S. Cooper, 62, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:28 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, and using a cell phone while driving, an infraction, following a traffic stop on state Route 28. Cooper was released to a third party pending an appearance in Kingston Town Court.
Hurley
• DWI: Jacqueline M. DeForest, 53, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:12 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Zandhoek Road. She was issued an appearance ticket for Hurley Town Court.
Livingston
• Drugs: Trevor T. Koschitzki, 20, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 8:17 p.m. Friday at 3353 U.S. Route 9 and was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, and with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued appearance tickets for Livingston Town Court.
Lloyd
• Theft, false instrument: Mark A. Loivari, 34, of Hopewell Junction, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:11 p.m. Friday at 3650 state Route 9W and was charged with grand larceny, falsifying business records and offering a false instrument for filing, all felonies. He was issued appearance tickets for Lloyd Town Court. Further information was unavailable.
