Athens

• DWAI: James M. Warren, 34, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:36a.m. Saturday at 409 Howard Hill Road on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Warren was also ticketed for moving from his lane unsafely. He was released with tickets for Athens Town Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Deborah J. Corcoran, 55, of Catskill, was arrested by Thruway state police at the Thruway Exit 21Toll Plaza at 3:47p.m. Saturday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving, aggravated drunken driving, reckless driving and reckless endangerment. Corcoran was also charged with the violation of unlawful marijuana possession. Further information was unavailable.

Hyde Park

• DWI: Rachid Fabiane, 35, of Arlington, Massachusetts, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck on Albany Post Road at 2:55a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent. Fabiane was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.

New Baltimore

• Drugs: Brandee N. Perkins, 36, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3a.m. Sunday at the Thruway Exit 21B ramp and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and with unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Perkins was released with tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.

• DWI: Shannon M. Thompson, 23, of Copake Lake, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:50a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. Thompson was released with tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Christopher J. Leszczynski, 33, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:10a.m. Saturday on state Route 299and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was also ticketed for refusing a breath test. Leszczynski was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Brandon M. Boyles, 20, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:55 a.m. Sunday on Washington Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. Boyles was also ticketed for failure to keep right on a two-lane road, illegal signal while parked, and speeding. Boyles was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Environmental Conservation violation: Joseph F. Acquisto, 26, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:12p.m. Saturday at the state police barracks at 6721U.S. Route 209 on a misdemeanor violation of Environmental Conservation Law and criminal trespass. Acquisto was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

• DWI: Zulma I. Diaz, 50, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing on Plank Road at 12:30p.m. Saturday on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotics), a felony; criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), a misdemeanor; and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Diaz was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
