Michelle Giamporton­e scored four goals and had two assists as Rhinebeck High blanked John A. Coleman Catholic 9-0 in a Mid-Hudson Athletic League girls soccer match.

It took Michelle Giamporton­e just four minutes to earn a hat trick as she scored goals in the 11th and 13th minute on assists from Marissa Giamporton­e and another two minutes later on an assist from Libby Mensch.

One minute later, Sam McClenahan added the Hawks’ fourth goal on a Marissa Giamporton­e assist, while Marissa Giamporton­e, assisted by Libby Callahan, scored in the 21st minute and Libby Mensch, assisted by Michelle Giamporton­e, gave Rhinebeck a 6-0 edge at the half.

After 10 scoreless minutes Libby Callahan, assisted by Emma Clegg and Summer Cruikshank, assisted by Michelle Giamporton­e scored two goals in one minute.

At New Paltz, Cerissa DiValentin­o scored all four goals for the (9-2, 8-2) Huguenots.

DiValentin­o’s first goal came two minutes into the game on an Erin Metzger assist. She kicked another in on an Alex Cymbal assist in the 29th minute, her third goal came on a Klaire Blanche assist in the 37th minute and she put her fourth between posts unassisted in the 70th minute.

Abbie Lemek had five saves for New Paltz while Eliz Fino stopped 10 shots for the (5-5, 5-4) Dukes. Roosevelt 5, Rondout 0

At Kyserike, the Presidents shut out the Ganders.

Abby Thomas scored a goal and an assist, while Natalie Wajda, Camryn Tarkos, Sydney Currier and Lyndsey Gander each scored a goal in the win.
