• DWI: Hector J. Resoario, 32, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill on U.S. Route 9W at 3:53 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Rosario was released with tickets for New Baltimore Town Court.
