Durham

• DWI: Steve W. Pappalau, 41, of Rensselaerville, was arrested by state police at Catskill on state Route 145 at 9:43 p.m Saturday on charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, and the violation of unlawful marijuana possession. Pappalau was also ticketed for refusal to take a breath test. He was released with tickets for Durham Town Court.
