Margaretville hosts Fall Festival on Friday

WHAT: Margaretville Fall Festival

WHEN: Oct. 7 from 4-7 p.m. WHERE: Main Street, Margaretville

DETAILS: Among the highlights will be a costume parade for dogs and kids happening at 5:30 p.m. There will be pumpkin painting with the Catskill Mountain Artisans’ Guild and scarecrow making out on the street. There will also be a bounce house for kids. Ben Rounds will provide musical entertainment. There will also be a demonstration of how to press your own apple cider. Plein Air painter Alix Travis will be creating artwork depicting the evening’s activities. Admission is free.
