· Weapon: Ricardo Langston, 31, of Kingston, was accused Sunday of trying to bring a knife into the Woodbourne Correctional Facility, according to state police at Liberty. Langston was charged with promoting prison contraband, a felony, police said. The knife was shaped like a credit card with a folding blade hidden inside, police said. Langston was arraigned in Town of Rockland Court and ordered held at the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond pending a court appearance.
