Deuire’s captures A Division championship
Deuire’s Trophies swept in Hometown Discount Beverage the championship series to take the A Division crown in Kingston Recreation League softball.
Deuire’s Trophies swept in Hometown Discount Beverage the championship series to take the A Division crown in Kingston Recreation League softball.
In game one, Dylan Galm hit three home runs, tripled and had four RBI and Jack Fortner also smacked three homers and triple as Deuire’s cruised to a 19-7 victory.
Ryan Simon contributed a home run and four RBI to lead Deuire’s.
Corey Chambers Jr. hit a home run and had two RBI to pace Hometown Discount Beverage.
In Game two, behind 5-2, Deuire’s exploded for six in the bottom of the fourth and fourth in the fifth and they never looked back in a 14-11 win.
Ken Banks led Duiere’s with a home run, a double and single.
Cory Chambers Jr. hit two home runs, doubled and knocked in seven RBI to pace Hometown Discount Beverage.
In the Upper B Division G-Squad swept Basch and Keegan L.P. for the championship.
In Game one Anthony McCardle homered, belted two singles and had four RBI and Korey Jubie had a home run and two singles and a RBI to lead GSquad.
Nate Heisenbuttel’s solo homer paced Basch and Keegan.
In game two Tim McElrath hit three home runs and had six RBI and Noland Secreto homered twice and had four RBI as the G-Squad cruised to a 30-8 win. Korey Jubie belted two doubles, hit a single and had four RBI to lead the G-Squad.
Jay Downes homered three times and knocked in four RBIs to carry Basch and Keegan.
