Undefeated Red Hook turns aside Saugerties
Undefeated Red Hook High improved to a 14-0 with a 4-1 Mid-Hudson Athletic League girls soccer win over Saugerties. Isabelle LaBabera put the Raiders on the board less than three minutes into the match.

Isabelle LaBabera put the (9-0 MHAL) Raiders on the board less than three minutes into the match. One minute later Anna Moeers connected on a Kira Podmayersky assist for the equalizer for the (2-6, 4-9) Sawyers.
Less than one minute later, LaBabera gave Red Hook the lead for good.
The score remained the same until the 32nd minute when Cassandra LaBarbera scored on a Claire Dyal assist to make it 3-1. Just over three minutes into the second half Dyal scored the Raiders fourth goal. Red Hook held a 13-2 edge in shots on goal.
Megan Jankowiak had one save for the Raiders, while Amber Serrano stopped 10 shots for the Sawyers. New Paltz 4, Newburgh 0
At Ellenville, the Huskies rolled to the nonleague victory.
Goals by Teresa Mozello, off a Brooke Harris assist in the 30th minute, and Danielle McGrath from 20 yards out gave (8-4-1) Highland a 2-0 halftime lead.
Highland got some help from Ellenville who had an own goal in the 50th minute.
Ellenville held a 15-12 edge over the Huskies in shots on goals.
Vanelys Malave had four saves for Highland, whole Colleen Stevens stopped five shots for the (4-9) Devils. Goshen 2, Marlboro 0
At Marlboro, goals by Meagan Allspach, on a Mackenzie Kurek assist in the 35th minute, and Leah Nemer in the 41st gave lifted the Gladiators.
The Gladiators edged (8-6) Marlboro in shots on goal 11-9.
Reaghan Duval had nine saves for the Gladiators, while Eliz Fino stopped nine shots for Marlboro.
