The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
City of Kingston
· DWI: Joseph A. Dilley, 26, of Kingston, was arrested about 1:28 a.m. on Foxhall Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
· DWI: Gail C. Quednau, 31, of Saugerties, was charged Saturday at about 3:55 a.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. Quednau was arrested on Main Street in Kingston and was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Jewett
· DWI: Jason G. Lange, 39, of Oak Hill, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Hunter. Lange was arrested on state Route 296 in Jewett, police said. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
New Paltz
· DWI: Seth O. Nicholson, 28, of Yonkers, was arrested about 3:45 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Highland. Nicholson was arrested on Springtown Road in New Paltz and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Rosendale
· Assault: Leeanne Kouhout, 25, of Rosendale, and Shannon Russell, 23, of Lake Katrine, were arrested about 5:37 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said Saturday that Kouhoudt was charged with the assault and reckless endangerment, misdemeanors, and harassment, a violation. Russell was charged with misdemeanor assault and the violation of harassment, deputies said. Deputies responded to a report of an assault at the Cottekill Village Apartments in Rosendale. Kouhoudt and Russell were accused of punching another person in the face, deputies said. Both were issued appearance tickets, deputies said.
Town of Rochester
· DWI: Robert A. Zentner, 25, of Stone Ridge, was charged at about 4:45 a.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Wawarsing. Zentner was arrested on U.S. Route 44/ state Route 55 and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
