The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
City of Kingston
· Prostitution: Jillian E. Deynes, 24, of Abeel Street, and an unidentified 17-year-old female of North Street, both in Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police Tuesday. Deynes was charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor. The 17-yearold, who was not identified because of her age, was also charged with prostitution and on an outstanding warrant for forgery, a felony. Their status was unavailable.
Catskill
· Drugs: Christopher W. Hollywood, 21, of Slingerlands, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:02 p.m. Monday and charged with the misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Hollywood was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Lloyd
· Hypodermic instrument: Angelo M. Romanelli, 24, of Highland, was arrested Monday and charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Thursday, police said.
· Unlicensed: Brendan J. Rothberg, 31, of Kingston, was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was released and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 11.
· Unlicensed: James A. Higgins, 44, of Saugerties, was arrested Saturday and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was released and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court Dec. 6.
· Unlicensed: Sean C. Cramsie, 20, of New Paltz, was arrested Saturday and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was released and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 24.
