Town of Rochester

• Drugs: Christopher J. Cutaia, 43, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:25 p.m. Thursday in the town of Rochester and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Cutaia was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.
