Lloyd

· Drugs: Jessica H. Casiano, 35, of Kingston, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeano­rs, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. She was arraigned in Town of Lloyd Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, or $15,000 insurance bond.

· DWAI: Stacy F. Blum, 47, of Harriman, was Nov. 2 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a mmisdemean­or, after the vehicle she was operating was involved in a an accident at the intersecti­on of state Route 299 and U.S. Route 9W in Highland. She was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 24.

· DWI: Alexander J. Hunter, 31, of Brookfield, Conn., was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. Hunter was arrested after the vehicle he was driving was stopped on state Route 299 in Highland for traffic violations. He was released on tickets and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on Dec. 1.

· DWI: Martin S. Chamorro, 45, of Poughkeeps­ie was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while

intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was arrested after the vehicle he was driving was pulled over on state Route 44⁄55 in Highland for traffic violations. He was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 22.

· DWI: James W. Allen,36, of Highland, was arrested Friday and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was arrested after the vehicle he was driving was involved in a accident on Red Top Road in Highland, police said. He was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 11.

Town of Ulster

· Petit Larceny: Christophe­r L. Cardarello, 32, of Highland was charged Saturday at 4:24 p.m. with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r, according to the Town of Ulster Police Department. Cardarello was accused of removing merchandis­e from Walmart valuated at $238 without paying for it, police said. He was arraigned before Town of Ulster Town Justice Susan Kesick and ordered held at the Ulster County Jail on $1,000 bail.

· Petit Larceny: Seline A. Servo, 26, of Kingston, was arrested about 6 p.m. Saturday and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r, according to the Town of Ulster Police Department. Servo was accused of stealing $50 worth of merchandis­e from Kohl’s Department Store, police said. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Ulster Court.
