Catskill

· Ob­struct­ing: Pa­trick Stacey, 25, of Leeds, was charged Nov. 16 with crim­i­nal mis­chief, a felony, re­sist­ing ar­rest, as­sault and ob­struct­ing govern­men­tal ad­min­is­tra­tion, mis­de­meanors, ac­cord­ing to the Catskill Po­lice Depart­ment. Stacey was ar­rested about 4:16 p.m. on Main Street in Catskill, po­lice said.

· En­dan­ger­ing: Joseph Keck, 31, of Catskill, was ar­rested on Nov. 14 and charged with as­sault, en­dan­ger­ing the wel­fare of a child, and crim­i­nal ob­struc­tion of breath­ing, mis­de­meanors, ac­cord­ing to the Catskill Po­lice Depart­ment.

Lloyd

·DWI: Oc­tavia K. Frye, 27, of North Adams, Mass., was ar­rested Novem­ber Fri­day and charged with driv­ing while in­tox­i­cated, a mis­de­meanor, and un­law­ful pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana, a vi­o­la­tion, af­ter the ve­hi­cle she was driv­ing was stopped for traf­fic vi­o­la­tions on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in High­land, ac­cord­ing to the Town of Lloyd Po­lice Depart­ment. She was re­leased on an ap­pear­ance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Dec. 8. · Re­sist­ing: Can­dace John­son, 50, of High­land, was ar­rested Sun­day and charged with re­sist­ing ar­rest, ob­struct­ing govern­men­tal ad­min­is­tra­tion crim­i­nal im­per­son­ation and ag­gra­vated un­li­censed op­er­a­tion of a mo­tor ve­hi­cle, mis­de­meanors, ac­cord­ing to the Town of Lloyd Po­lice Depart­ment. She was ar­rested the ve­hi­cle she was driv­ing was stopped for traf­fic vi­o­la­tions on New Paltz Road in High­land, po­lice said. John­son was found to be wanted on an ar­rest war­rant for the mis­de­meanors of crim­i­nal pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and petit larceny, po­lice said. She was ar­raigned in Town of Lloyd Court and or­dered held at the Ul­ster County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or a $3,000 in­sur­ance bond and is due back in court on Dec. 1.

Town of Rochester

· En­dan­ger­ing: Shane J. Kenyon, 27, of Ac­cord, was charged Mon­day with crim­i­nal use of drug para­pher­na­lia and en­dan­ger­ing the wel­fare of a child, mis­de­meanors, ac­cord­ing to state po­lice at Wawars­ing. Kenyon was ar­rested about 2:20 p.m. at 265 Met­tac­a­honts Road in the town of Rochester, po­lice said.
