Catskill
· Obstructing: Patrick Stacey, 25, of Leeds, was charged Nov. 16 with criminal mischief, a felony, resisting arrest, assault and obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors, according to the Catskill Police Department. Stacey was arrested about 4:16 p.m. on Main Street in Catskill, police said.
· Endangering: Joseph Keck, 31, of Catskill, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal obstruction of breathing, misdemeanors, according to the Catskill Police Department.
Lloyd
·DWI: Octavia K. Frye, 27, of North Adams, Mass., was arrested November Friday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, after the vehicle she was driving was stopped for traffic violations on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in Highland, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Dec. 8. · Resisting: Candace Johnson, 50, of Highland, was arrested Sunday and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration criminal impersonation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. She was arrested the vehicle she was driving was stopped for traffic violations on New Paltz Road in Highland, police said. Johnson was found to be wanted on an arrest warrant for the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny, police said. She was arraigned in Town of Lloyd Court and ordered held at the Ulster County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or a $3,000 insurance bond and is due back in court on Dec. 1.
Town of Rochester
· Endangering: Shane J. Kenyon, 27, of Accord, was charged Monday with criminal use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors, according to state police at Wawarsing. Kenyon was arrested about 2:20 p.m. at 265 Mettacahonts Road in the town of Rochester, police said.
