City of Kingston

· DWI: Shelby A. Ardizzone, 23, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:17 a.m. Saturday on Abeel Street in Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Ardizzone was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

· Forcible touching: A 16-year-old Purling female was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:49 p.m. Friday in Cairo and was charged with forcible touching and assault, both misdemeano­rs. The teen, who was not identified by police because of her age, was released with an appearance ticket.

Catskill

· DWI: Joseph L. Komaromi, 35, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:02 a.m. Saturday in Jefferson Heights in the town of Catskill and was charged drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Komaromi was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

· DWI: Mauricia L. Fitzgerald, 30, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:17 a.m. Saturday on state Route 23 in the village of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Fitzgerald was released with a ticket for Catskill Village Court.

Hyde Park

· Unlawfully dealing with

a child: Martha M. Pockett, 53, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck on U.S. Route 9 in Hyde Park and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeano­r. Pockett was released with a ticket for Hyde Park Town Court.

Lloyd

· Drugs: Kamau A. Thomas, 37, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:33 a.m. Friday on U.S. Route 44/ state Route 55 in Lloyd and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, along with possession of marijuana, a violation, and speeding, an infraction. Thomas was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· Drugs: Tashun J. Stephens, 28, of Durham, N.C., was arrested by state police at Highland on U.S. Route 44/ state Route 55 in Lloyd and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Stephens was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· Weapon: Demona K. Messam, 20, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:19 a.m. Saturday on state Route 299 in Lloyd and was charged with possession of a weapon (a firearm), a misdemeano­r. Messam was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· DWAI-drugs: Sharene N. Kitchens, 21, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:31 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 in Lloyd and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r; possession of marijuana, a violation, and with an equipment violation and failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change, an infraction. Kitchens was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Plattekill

· Endangerin­g: Michael R. Tracy, 36, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:21 a.m. Friday in Plattekill and was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, criminal mischief (damaging property) and criminal mischief (preventing an emergency call), all misdemeano­rs; and with harassment with physical contact, a violation. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Rhinebeck

· Prohibited sale: Olivia Brandt, 19, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 142 E. Market St. in the town of Rhinebeck at 4:05 p.m. Friday and was charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a misdemeano­r. Brandt was released with a ticket for Rhinebeck Town Court.

Saugerties

· Aggravated unlicensed

driving: Atmaram Persaud, 19, of Orlando, Fla., was arrested by state police at Albany at 12:43 p.m. Friday on the New York State Thruway in Saugerties and was charged with driving with between one and 10 or more suspension­s on his license, a felony; and with a misdemeano­r log book violation. Persaud was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail pending a court appearance.

Wawarsing

· Drugs: Michael P. Campbell, 55, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:55 a.m. Friday on state Route 52 in Wawarsing and was charged with felony possession of more than 16 ounces of marijuana; criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r; and with having a controlled substance in non-original container, a violation. Campbell was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail pending a court appearance.

· Aggravated DWI: Ann Marl, 51, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:44 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 209 in Wawarsing and charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony; drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeano­rs; and with failure to keep right on a twolane road, an infraction. Marl was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
