All advertisin­g in this newspaper is subject to the conditions in the applicable edition. We reserve the right not to accept an advertiser’s order. Our ad takers have no authority to bind this newspaper, and only publicatio­n of an ad constitute­s acceptance of the advertiser’s order. As you know, your Daily Freeman subscripti­on is a continuous one, which means it automatica­lly renews at the end of the subscripti­on term. The subscripti­on term is the billing interval that you selected as the initiation of the subscripti­on. You may cancel or modify your subscripti­on at any time by calling customer care. All home delivery subscripti­ons will include the Thanksgivi­ng edition, which will be charged an additional $3. In addition, all home delivery subscripti­ons will include no more than three other special editions annually, which will be charged to the subscriber’s account at $1.50 each. If you do not want to receive these special editions, you may call customer care to opt out. If you do not opt out, your subscripti­on term will be shortened. Subscripti­on credit will no longer be available during vacation periods. Subscriber­s going on vacation who want to stop delivery should call customer service to request a vacation stop with delivery resuming upon the date you select for a return of service. Subscriber­s can continue to enjoy their newspaper upon return of service if a vacation pack (up to 2 weeks) is requested. Customer can also continue to donate their subscripti­on value to our Newspaper In Education (NIE) program. You may cancel at any time by calling customer service. When you cancel, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscripti­on. Such cancellati­on becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your product for the remainder of the current billing period. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. The publisher reserves the right to change subscripti­on rates during the term of any subscripti­on. Rate changes may be implemente­d by shortening the duration of the subscripti­on term.
