City of Kingston

• DWI: Alice M. Perry, 52, of Kingston, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Friday by state police at Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Foxhall Avenue. She was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Kim Edwards, 50, of Kingston, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Friday by state police at Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Clinton Avenue. She was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• Stolen property, petit

larceny: James J. Shook, 34, no address given, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:10 p.m. Friday at the state police barracks and was charged with possession of stolen property, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. He was ordered held pending further proceedings.

Catskill

• DWI: Alyssa R. Engler, 24, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:32 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Cauterskill Road. She was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Coxsackie

• Theft: Brian M. Shutter, 39, of West Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:22 p.m. Friday on Plank Road and was charged with grand larceny and possession of a forged instrument, both felonies. Further information was unavailable.

Gardiner

• DWI: Margaret A. Graham, 28, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 7:38 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop at 600 Albany Post Road. She was released to a third party pending an appearance in Gardiner Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Erin Shannon, 21, of Middletown, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:30 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 208. She was issued an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

• DWI: Brittany L. Doolittle, 25, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:15 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Plattekill Avenue. She was issued an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

Tiffany K. Barringer, 22, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:50 a.m. Friday and was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. She was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
