The following items are based on informatio­n provided by officials in law enforcemen­t and the criminal justice system.

Ulster County Court

· DWAI-drugs: Theresa Lovenguth, 56, of Kingston, was sentenced by Judge Donald A. Williams on Dec. 22, 2016, to nine months in the Ulster County Jail for driving while ability impaired by drugs. Lovenguth was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies on May 27, 2014, at 901 Miron Lane in the town of Ulster and charged with felony drunken driving and refusal to submit to a chemical test. At the time, deputies said they responded to a one-vehicle property automobile accident at the transfer station and found that Lovenguth had operated the vehicle at that location. They said she got out of the vehicle without placing it in park, and it rolled down the hill unoccupied and hit a large rock.

· Drugs: Daniel McCollum, 38, of Highland, was sentenced by Williams on Dec. 20, 2016, to concurrent sentences of seven years, four years and one year for two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance (Oxycodone) and one misdemeano­r count of criminal use of drug parapherna­lia. He was arrested by state police at Highland and originally charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and other misdemeano­r drug-related charges.

· Promoting prison contraband: Jason Musillo, 39, an inmate at the Ulster County Jail, was sentenced by Judge Richard Mott to 269 days in the Ulster County Jail on a reduced charge of misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance. He was indicted in June 2016 on three felony counts of promotion of contraband in prison and one misdemeano­r count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Musillo was arrested on Jan. 31, 2016.

· DWI: Andrew Gilpatric, 30, of Hurley, was sentenced by Williams on Dec. 2, 2016, to two concurrent six-month sentences in the Ulster County Jail for the felonies of aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving and aggravated unauthoriz­ed driving. He was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury in July 2016 and was arrested April 18, 2016, by Kingston police.

· Aggravated family offense:

Cephus Jacko, 42, address unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Williams on Dec. 22, 2016, to 1 1⁄3 to four years in prison for the felony of aggravated family offense. Jacko was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury in July 2016. He had been arrested May 16, 2016, by Kingston police.
