City of Kingston

· Criminal contempt: Scott A. Nussbaum, 46, of Kingston, was charged Tuesday at about 9:47 a.m. with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster.

Cairo

· DWAI: Erick P. Dallas, 39, of Stockport, was charged Tuesday at about 9:01 p.m. with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Coxsackie. Dallas was arrested on state Route 23 in Cairo and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Saugerties

· DWI: David Dunn, 56, of Lake Katrine, was charged Tuesday at about 11:25 a.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. Dunn was arrested on U.S. Route 9W in Saugerties and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
