Tickets for Bob Dylan’s June 24 concert at the former Hutton Brickyards have sold out.

After they went on sale to the general public Saturday morning, the remainder of the tickets to Dylan’s show “sold out in 30 minutes,” Chris Silva, executive director of the Bardavon 1869 Opera House Inc., said in an email.

That means the 3,000 seats and 550 standing-room tickets have been claimed.

Tickets for the show first went on sale to Bardavon/UPAC members on Thursday morning. When the two-day members-only sale ended Friday afternoon, Silva had reported “half the house” was sold.

The Bardavon, which operates its namesake venue in Poughkeepsie and the Ulster Performing Arts Center in Kingston, is cosponsoring the show at the Hutton Brickyards along the Hudson River shore on North Street in Kingston.

Tickets for the show cost $75 and $125 for general admission seats, while standing room cost $55.

Dylan, now 76, moved to Woodstock in the early 1960s and stayed for about a decade. In 1967 and 1968, Dylan and The Band recorded in the West Saugerties house known as “Big Pink,” resulting in the 1975 album “The Basement Tapes.”

Dylan returned to Saugerties in August 1994 to perform at the Woodstock ‘94 music festival along with dozens of other big-name acts. They performed for approximately 350,000 fans.

Dylan has performed in Poughkeepsie several times. The June 24 concert is believed to be his firstever Kingston show.
