Coxsackie

· Drugs: Raul B. Pagan, 60, of West Coxsackie, and Nannette Pagan, 52, of Coxsackie, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at a residence on U.S. Route 9W. They were both charged with the felonies of possession of a controlled substance (two counts each), and with the misdemeano­r of criminally using drug parapherna­lia (scales). The investigat­ion included lengthy surveillan­ce operations and took more than nine months to complete, state police said. Police recovered about 31 ounces of cocaine and $23,000. Both Raul and Nannette Pagan was sent to the Greene County Jail without bail.

Gardiner

· DWI: Anthony D. Zanelli, 30, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Zanelli was released with a ticket for Gardiner Town Court.

Hurley

· Drugs: An 18-year-old male, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 28 and charged with misdemeano­r possession of marijuana and with driving without or with insufficie­nt tail lights, an infraction. He was released with a ticket for Hurley Town Court.

New Windsor

· Forcible touching/endangerin­g: Ransford Perry, 68, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Montgomery at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday and charged with the misdemeano­rs of forcible touching and endangerin­g the welfare of a child. Police said in October 2016 Perry inappropri­ately touched the alleged victim, who was under the age of 17. He was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Town of Ulster

· DWI: Charles H. Faust, 47, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:08 p.m. Wednesday on Eastern Parkway and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving and with the infraction­s of stop/stand/park violation and drinking in a motor vehicle on a highway. Faust was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
