City of Kingston

•DWI: Glenn L. Levine, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Hurley Avenue on felony charges of drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years), operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (prior offense) and aggravated unlicensed operation. Levine was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Athens

•DWI: Robert L. Cox, 32, of Brisbane, California, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:15 p.m. Saturday on state Route 385 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08percent. Further information was unavailable.

Durham

• Drugs: Cord D. Fleurent, 26, of East Durham, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:40a.m. Sunday at state Route 145 and Sundside Road on a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Fleurent was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court. Hunter

•DWI: Donald J. Raymond, 57, of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, was arrested by state police at Catskill on Riverside Drive at 9:08p.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving with a child (first offense), a felony, and with drunken driving, driving while ability impaired by alcohol and drugs and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors. Raymond was released with tickets for Hunter Town Court.

Lloyd

•DWI: Brianna J. Clark, 25, of Beacon, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:36a.m. Sunday on state Route 299 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Clark was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Ramsey Mateosantes, 27, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:15 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 on a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Mateosantes was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

•DWI: Joshua A. Wright, 25, of Beacon, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:54 a.m. Sunday on South Manheim Boulevard on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Wright was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• Drugs: Seth P. Lyons, 20, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:45 p.m. Saturday on state Route 28and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and with possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container and unlawful marijuana possession, both violations.

Wawarsing

•DWI: Lahasia R. Williams, 30, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2p.m. Saturday at the Walmart Supercenter at 7500 U.S. Route 209 and was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Williams was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
