Town of Ulster

• DWI: Jose M. Rosario, 49, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1 a.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 199. He was issued tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Cairo

• Theft, falsifying records: Charmaine G. Womack, 61, of Ravena, was arrested by state police at 10:15 a.m. Thursday at the state police barracks in Catskill and was charged with grand larceny, falsifying business records, and filing a false instrument with intent to defraud, all felonies. She was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of bail. Further information was unavailable.

Catskill

• Drugs: Zachary C. Shaham, 20, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:15 a.m. Friday on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was issued tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Marlborough • DWI: Tashaiyia Augustine,

30, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:30 a.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W. She was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Marlborough Town Court.
