Cairo
• Injurious to a child: Evelyn A. Gabrielsen, 40, of Round Top, arrested by state police at Catskill at 6 p.m. April 4 at the state police barracks at 78R McLaren Road Extension and was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a misdemeanor. In a related arrest, at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the state police barracks, Ashley Sitterly, 23, of Durham, was also charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a misdemeanor. Both were released with tickets for Cairo Town Court. Further information was unavailable.
Catskill
• Grand larceny: Diane M. Shanagher, 50, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street in the village and was charged with grand larceny, a felony. Shanagher was released Thursday after posting $5,000 bail. Further information was unavailable.
Guilderland
• Drugs/DWI: Sarah M. Clock, 29, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Albany at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday on the New York State Thruway in Guilderland and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, all misdemeanors. Clock was additionally charged with the infractions of no stop lights, driving on a shoulder or slope, speeding and impeding traffic by driving too slowly. Further information was unavailable.
Lloyd
• Grand larceny: Tyler Farrington, 26, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at the state police barracks at 212 state Route 299 and charged with grand larceny, falsifying business records and offering to file a false instrument, all felonies. Farrington was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
• Drugs: Colleen M. Maslik, 26, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:20 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. Maslik was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Marbletown
• DWAI-drugs: Rebecca E. Struber, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies Monday on state Route 213 and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed driving, both felonies; circumventing a court-ordered ignition interlock device, a misdemeanor; and with driving without a license, an infraction. The arrest followed a 911 call reporting an erratic vehicle on Route 213. After the vehicle was located, police determined Struber was driving under the influence of drugs. She was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a court appearance.
• Weapon/drugs:
Christopher Williams, 33, of Accord, and William Redner, 37, of Clintondale, were arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 10:30 p.m. Monday. Williams was charged with possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle, all misdemeanors. Redner was charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a weapon. The arrest was made after deputies stopped the vehicle Redner was driving when it matched the description of a vehicle involved in a burglary in the area. Both men were released with tickets for Esopus Town Court. Further information was unavailable.
New Baltimore
• DWI: Laura M. Morrissey, 31, of Pearl River, N.Y., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:08 a.m. Thursday and was charged with drunken driving, a felony. Further information was unavailable.
Town of Rochester
• DWAI-drugs: Simon J. Phillips, 38, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:36 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 209 and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony; two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance; one misdemeanor count of driving while ability impaired by drugs; and two counts of having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation. Phillips was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Shoplifting: Corrine Shaffer, 34, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 8:30 p.m. Saturday and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Shaffer was accused of shoplifting $131.48 worth of merchandise from the ShopRite supermarket at 601 Miron Lane. Shaffer was sent to the Ulster County jail in lieu of $1,000 bail pending a court appearance. • Shoplifting: Patricia M. Nardozzi, 56, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday and was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Nardozzi is accused of shoplifting $50.96 worth of merchandise from the ShopRite supermarket at 601 Miron Lane. Nardozzi was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
