City of Kingston
· DWI: Chanses O. Mosley, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster on Broadway at 3:07 a.m. Monday and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with driving without headlights, an infraction. Mosley was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Lloyd
· Attempted petit larceny: Myles I. Anderson, 19, of Queens Village, was arrested by Lloyd police on Thursday and charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a forged instrument and attempted petit larceny. He is accused of attempting to cash a forged instrument at the Hudson Valley Credit Union in Highland. Anderson was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
· Grand larceny: Justin J. Parker, 31, of Poughkeepsie, and Kimberly Brand, 27, of Fishkill were arrested by Lloyd police on Thursday and were both charged with the felony of grand larceny and the misdemeanor of conspiracy. They are accused of stealing more than $1,200 worth of merchandise from the Hannaford store in Highland. Parker and Brand were sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail. Additional information was unavailable.
Plattekill
· Drugs: Michael A. Spillane, 27, of Beacon, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:54 p.m. Sunday on state Route 32 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Spillane was released with a ticket for Plattekill Town Court.
· Aggravated unlicensed driving: Emily N. Organ, 31, of Wallkill, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 3 a.m. Sunday on state Route 32 and charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving and the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, as well as the traffic infractions of failing to maintain lane and driving without a license. Organ was released with a ticket for Plattekill Town Court.
Rosendale
· Intimidating a witness: Kristina Cossingham, 26, and Gustav Gock, 37, both of Rosendale, were arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies on Saturday. Cossingham was charged with the felony of intimidating a witness and the misdemeanors of stalking, harassment, criminal contempt and falsely reporting an incident. Gock was charged with the misdemeanor of falsely reporting an incident. The arrests followed a report by Gock and Cossingham at about 5 p.m. Friday alleging a juvenile made a lewd gesture and jumped in front of the vehicle they were driving in Bloomington. Deputies later obtained evidence that contradicted their allegation. Cossingham is accused of violating a court order prohibiting her from committing a criminal offense against the juvenile. Her remaining charges were the result of an ongoing investigation into her interactions with the juvenile and other family members of the juvenile. Gock surrendered to deputies on Saturday evening. Cossingham was arrested later that evening. Gock was released with a ticket for Rosendale Town Court. Cossingham was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.
Saugerties
· DWI: Jordan T. Borneman, 23, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:57 p.m. Sunday on Simmons Street in the village and charged with the felonies of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with speeding, an infraction. Borneman was released with a ticket for Saugerties Village Court.
· DWI: Jashua T. RutanAbbott, 39, of Highland, was arrested by Saugerties police at 12:47 a.m. Sunday after a property damage motor vehicle accident on Clermont Street in the village and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving. RutanAbbott was released with a ticket for Saugerties Village Court.
