City of Kingston

• Weapon: Mack Boler III, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday on Tremper Avenue for a traffic violation and was found with a dagger, deputies said. Boler was charged with misdemeano­r possession of a weapon and with several traffic violations. He was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

• Obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion:

LaShawn J. Brickhouse, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police at 2:02 a.m. Tuesday on O’Neil Street and was charged with resisting arrest and obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion, both misdemeano­rs. Police said Brickhouse was wanted by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcemen­t Narcotics Team and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in connection with “Operation Blood Knot,” a narcotics and weapons sweep in 2014 that resulted in the arrest of more than 40 people. Brickhouse was turned over to URGENT and charged with two felony counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy. He was arraigned in Ulster County Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a further court appearance.

Catskill

• DWI: Michael H. Winters, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by Catskill police at 5 p.m. April 17 on West Bridge Street and was charged with drunken driving, driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, and aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeano­rs. Winters was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

• Shopliftin­g: Thomas Mantey, 68, of Tannersvil­le, was arrested by Catskill police at 11:40 p.m. April 19 at the Walmart store, 30 Catskill Commons, and was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeano­r. Mantey was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Coxsackie

• DWI: Jeannie A. Halsted, 63, of Earlton, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday at 234 Potic Creek Road and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Halsted was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Olive

• Drugs/unlicensed

driver: Jumal D. Flow, 46, of Unadilla, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 28 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. The driver, Roger A. Kelly, 32, of Poughkeeps­ie, was charged with unlicensed driving, a misdemeano­r, and possession of marijuana, a violation. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• Unlawful imprisonme­nt: Clarisa Fagestrom, 39, of Kripplebus­h Road, Olive, was arrested by Olive police at 9 p.m. Sunday at her home and was charged with unlawful imprisonme­nt and criminal mischief, both misdemeano­rs, and with harassment, a violation. Fagestrom was released with a ticket for Olive Town Court.

Saugerties

• Stolen property/

drug possession: Jason J. Scolaro, 23, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in the village and was charged with possession of stolen property worth more than $1,000, a felony, and with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. Scolaro was released with a ticket for Saugerties Village Court.

Town of Ulster

• Drugs: Anthony W. Dancy, 34, and Candace S. Minervini, 35, both of Kingston, were arrested by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcemen­t Narcotics Team at 4 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 209 after a traffic stop for non-transparen­t side windows. Minervini, who was found with 87 decks of heroin, a hypodermic needle, diverted pharmaceut­icals and a gram of heroin, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance. Dancy, the driver, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving, both misdemeano­rs, and with the violation of non-transparen­t side windows (illegal tint). Minervini was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. Dancy was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.

• DWI: Lisa D. Jackson, 40, of Red Hook, was arrested by town of Ulster police at 10:51 a.m. Monday on state Route 28 and was charged with misdemeano­r drunken driving and with the infraction of refusing to submit to a chemical test. Jackson was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
