Lloyd
• Grand larceny: Tracy Jordan, 46, of Spring Valley, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10 p.m. Tuesday at 212 state Route 299 and was charged with grand larceny, a felony. Jordan was released pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable.
Tannersville
•DWI: Johnathan P. Roberson, 30, of Hunter, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday on Main Street in Tannersville and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Roberson was issued a court appearance ticket.
Town of Ulster
• Shoplifting: Christine M. Swart, 28, of Lake Katrine and Gloria M. Sedlack, 27, of Highland, were arrested by Ulster town police at 5:32 p.m. Monday at the Walmart store off U.S. Route 9W and were each charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Police said the two were accused of stealing $224.87 worth of merchandise from the store. Both were issued court appearance tickets, police said.
• Drugs: Tara L. Doolittle, 39, of Pine Bush, Sean M. McMann, 33, of Pine Bush, and Gary L. Hoffman, 26, of High Falls, were arrested by Ulster town police at 1:29 a.m. Tuesday and were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeanors. Police said they responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Deer Run Development of the town of Ulster and found the three near a vehicle. Doolittle and McMann were found with prescription medication that did not belong to them and Hoffman was found with a hypodermic needle, police said. All were released pending a court appearance, police said.
• Theft of services: Edgar D. Melendez, 45, and Carlos C. Mena, 44, both of Kingston, were arrested by Ulster town police at 2:25 p.m. April 30 and were charged with theft of services, a misdemeanor. Police said they received a complaint from Kingston Kabs that two men refused to pay for their fare. Police determined that both men got a cab ride knowing they did not have the funds to pay for the fare. Both were issued court appearance tickets, police said.
• Shoplifting: Nilesh R. Raval, 53, of New Windsor, was arrested by Ulster town police at 6:26 p.m. Monday and was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Raval was accused of stealing 165.98 worth of merchandise from Kohl’s Department Store off U.S. Route 9W, police said.. He was issued a court appearance ticket.
