The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
City of Kingston
• DWI: Charles J. Lukaszewski, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:47 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Abeel Street. He was issued tickets for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Robert F. Clark, 64, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:40 a.m. Saturday and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving following a traffic stop on Green Street. He was issued tickets for Kingston City Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Marissa Gray, 21, of Cornwall, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:33 a.m. Saturday and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55. She was held pending further proceedings.
New Paltz
• Drugs: Shawn T. Pisano, 32, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:41 p.m. Friday on North Chestnut Street and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was issued tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• DWI: Leslie Olivencia, 28, of Woodridge, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:10 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55. Olivencia was issued tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Saugerties
• Drugs: Melissa R. Neglia, 24, of Saugerties, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 6:05 p.m. Thursday and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors, unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and several traffic violations following a traffic stop on Main Street. Police say Neglia was driving with a revoked driver’s license and had suboxone and marijuana in the vehicle. She was issued tickets for Saugerties Village Court.
