City of Kingston

· False impersonat­ion: Kyle N. Ford, 32, of Kingston, was charged Sunday with false impersonat­ion, a misdemeano­r, at about 1:16 a.m, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies pulled over a vehicle driving on Broadway in Kingston for a traffic violation, deputies said. Further investigat­ion revealed Ford was a passenger in the vehicle and provided deputies with a false name to avoid being arrested on an outstandin­g Ulster County Family Court warrant, deputies said. Ford was arraigned in the Town of Olive Court and ordered held at the Ulster County Jail on the outstandin­g family court warrant.

Cario

·DWI: Shane D. Manning, 29, of South Cairo, was charged Monday at about 7:51 p.m. with driving while intoxicate­d with child in vehicle, a felony, and endangerin­g the welfare of a minor, a misdemeano­r, according to state police at Catskill. Manning was arrested on Ross Ruland Road in Cairo, police said.

Esopus

· DWI: Vannessa L. Stewart, 34, of Kingston, was arrested about 12:22 a.m. Tuesday and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, according to state police at Highland. Stewart was arrested on U.S. Route 9W in Esopus and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Lloyd

· Unlawful imprisonme­nt: Jerry L. Pittman, 49, of Highland, was arrested May 22 and charged with assault and unlawful imprisonme­nt, misdemeano­rs, after he was involved in a domestic dispute, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. Pittman was arraigned in the Town of Lloyd Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond, police said.

· Petty larceny: Douglas D. Harris, 45, of Highland, was arrested Sunday and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeano­r, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was accused of stealing approximat­ely $130 worth of merchandis­e from the Hannaford Brothers supermarke­t in Highland. Harris was also wanted on a bench warrant for petty larceny, police said. He was arraigned in Town of Lloyd Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Harris is due in court on June 6. ·DWAI: Kenneth R. Hyland, 22, of Highland, was arrested Monday and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was arrested on U.S. Route 9W

in Highland, police said. He was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 13, police said.

·Drugs: Sean W. CruzPachec­o, 18, of Wallkill, was arrested Saturday and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 22, police said.

· DWI: Francis D. Vella, 30, of Suffern, was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicate­d and criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeano­rs, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was arrested on state Route 299 in Highland, police said. Vella was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on June 15, police said.

Marlboroug­h

· Drugs: Joshua Herandez, 23, and Shaqueen D. Woods, 21, both of Milton, were charged Monday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, according to state police at Highland. They were arrested about 11:41 p.m. on state Route 9W in Marlboroug­h, police said. Both were issued appearance tickets, police said.

Shandaken

· DWI: Maynard A. Kenneally, 51, of Phoenicia, was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, Sunday at about 8 p.m., according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. Kenneally was arrested on Main Street, deputies said. Kenneally was released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Shandaken Justice Court on a later date, deputies said.

Town of Ulster

· Impersonat­ion: Genese L. Marshall, 36, of Kingston, was charged Friday about 4:46 p.m. with criminal impersonat­ion and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeamo­rs, according to the Town of Ulster Police Department. Marshall was also issued tickets for operating a motor vehicle without a seat belt, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspecte­d motor vehicle, police said. She was arrested on state Route 32, police said.

· Petty larceny: Teresa T. Vinson, 53, of Poughkeeps­ie, was charged Saturday at about 3 p.m. with petty larceny, a misdemeano­r, according to the Town of Ulster Police Department. Vinson was accused of stealing $319.82 worth of merchandis­e from Walmart Superstore, 601 Frank E. Sottile Blvd., police said.
