Timothy J. Bishop “T.J.”, 23, of Church Road, died at HealthAlli­ance Hospital Broadway Campus on Saturday, May 27, 2017.

Born in Kingston Sept. 4, 1993, he is the son of Theresa (Grove) Black.

As an everlastin­g gesture, T.J. made the generous gift of organ donation. T.J. was fun loving, happy go lucky, and always had a smile on his face. He loved skateboard­ing, playing video games, sketching, going on hikes, and riding in his Jeep. He was happiest surrounded by family and friends that loved him. T.J.’s family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses at HealthAlli­ance Hospital, Broadway Campus, your care was unparallel­ed. Surviving are his mother Theresa Black (Gary James); siblings who were his best friends, Erik Black, Shakiyla Gamble, and Darrian Greene; grandfathe­r, James Grove and his late wife, Kathryn Grove; niece, Athene Parker; aunt, Elizabeth Grove (Sai Kong); and uncle, Daniel Grove (Dana Chrismer).

A memorial visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday 4 to 8 p.m. and conclude with a service by Reverend Lou YaYa.

At T.J.’s request, we are asking family and friends to wear white in celebratio­n of his life. T.J. will be forever in our hearts.
