Area business people ‘On the Move’
Dr. Lisa Sager, of Highland, N.Y., and a palliative medicine specialist, has joined the Health Quest Medical Practice Division of Supportive Care Medicine in Poughkeepsie.
Palliative and supportive care medicine provides patients care and relief from the physical and mental stress of serious, chronic and life-threatening illnesses, such as cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.
Sager has been practicing medicine in the Hudson Valley since 1999. She most recently was palliative medicine physician with Hudson Valley Regional Palliative Care. She also has experience in skilled nursing facility-based care.
Sager earned her medical degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. She completed her first residency in family medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, Pa., and did two additional residencies in internal medicine and pediatrics at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pa.

Crystal Wei, of Brooklyn and Mount Tremper, has been named executive director of Mount Tremper Arts, an arts center that supports contemporary artists in the creation and presentation of new works of art.
Wei will be responsible for strategic planning and overall management of the center as it transitions from a founder-led organization. Cofounders Mathew Pokoik and Aynsley Vandenbroucke will remain on the board of directors and are expected to have a central role in shaping the artistic direction of the center.
Wei has more than 10 years of experience fundraising for the performing and visual arts. Most recently, she was director of development of orchestra of St. Luke’s, where she was responsible for the organization’s comprehensive fundraising, including helping to strategize and launch a capital campaign. Wei has also held development positions at the New Museum of Contemporary Art and Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. She has been a guest speaker on best practices in development and marketing.
She has a bachelor’s degree in studio art and psychology from Williams College. She is a painter, pianist, and violist.
