Greenville

• DWI: David Goodemote, 25, of East Berne, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:48 Sunday on state Route 32 on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Goodmote was released with tickets for Greenville Town Court.

Hurley

• DWI: Alexander G. Frankel, 26, of Bernardsvi­lle, New Jersey, was arrested by state police at Ulster on Hurley Avenue at 11:28 p.m. Saturday on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Frankel was also issued traffic tickets for refusal to take a breath test and failure to keep right. Frankel was released with tickets for Hurley Town Court.

Milan

• Drugs: Quentin J. Connelly, 21, of Stamfordvi­lle, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 3 p.m. Sunday at 1649 state Route 199 on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Connelly was released with tickets for Milan Town Court. City of Poughkeeps­ie

• DWI: Ashley O. Williams, 24, of Ulster Park, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:45 a.m. Sunday at 45 Reade Place on a misdemeano­r charge of drunken driving Williams was released to a third party.

Town of Rochester

• DWI: Jeremiah P. O’Sullivan, 60, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:15 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 209 at Lucas Avenue on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. O’Sullivan was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Carlos L. Galarza, 35, of Saugerties, was arrested by the Saugerties Police Department at 11:57 p.m. Saturday at his home at 30 Lamb Ave. on misdemeano­r charges of criminal contempt and harassment. Police said they responded to a domestic dispute that was “physical in nature” and determined that Galarza had pushed his former partner, causing the victim to fall to the ground with a 2-year-old child, breaking a baby gate. Galarza was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court and was released with a ticket to return to the court at a later date. The court also issued an order of protection on behalf of the victim.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Larelle A. Smith, 27, of New York City, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:48 a.m. Saturday on Plank Road on charges of introducin­g contraband into prison, a misdemeano­r, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Smith was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

• DWI: Rafael E. Justo, 33, of Yonkers, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:07 p.m. Saturday at 750 Berme Road on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Justo was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
