CYCLING Programs Mountain Bike Camp:

For ages 12-15. YMCA offers two 1-week sessions at Camp Seewackama­no in Shokan. Dates are July 10-14 and Aug. 14-18. Times are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Campers develop mountain bike skills through trail rides and games and spend four days offsite at trail locations (which may include Lippman Park, Ferncliff Forest, Elm Ridge, Lake Minnewaska State Park and others). Events 4th Annual YMCA Bike Fest:

11 a.m.-2 p.m. June 4 at the YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County. Free admission. Get rolling with bike education and games for kids plus a community bike ride for all ages through Midtown and Uptown Kingston. 12th Annual Tour de Kingston and Ulster:

June 25 from Forsyth Park, Kingston. Rides for all ages and abilities. Road rides: 25 and 50 miles. Road and Trail rides: 10, 18 and 28 miles. Kingston Family Ride: flat and easy 5 miles (free and escorted by Tour de Kingston Road Marshals and the Kingston Police Department. Barbecue lunch, raffle and scholarshi­p awards follow the rides. FENCING Woodstock Fencing Club:

Meets 6:30-9:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Woodstock Elementary School (when school is open). Instructio­n given at all levels in all weapons — Foil, Sabre and Epee from 6:30-8. Practice and bouting. Fence dry or electric. There is no charge to join for classes, lessons or fencing. Only requiremen­t is $10-peryear dues for a USA Fencing membership. Aug. 19-20 at Cantine Veteran’s Memorial Complex in Saugerties. An event to raise awareness and help those who struggle with self-worth, addiction and depression.
