Drake, 44, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:20 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol limit exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Greenkill Avenue. She was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Troy P. Bilyeu, 47, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 11 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol limit over 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Main Street. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Robert W. Everhart, 47, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:45 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol limit exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 23. He was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI: Melissa A. Tomlin, 45, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:58 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both felonies, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on state Route 23. She was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court. Hunter • Drugs: Devyne Wolny, 19, of Tannervsille, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:20 p.m. Friday at Hunter Mountain Resort and was charged

Fisher, 26, of Philidelphia, Pa., was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:18 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol limit exceeding 0.08 percent following a traffic stop on Plattekill Avenue.
