City of Kingston
• DWI: Austin R. Gilmore, age unavailable, of Kingston, was arrested by Kingston Police at 1:10 a.m. Friday on Furnace Street and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Gilmore was also issued tickets for vehicle and traffic infractions. He was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
• Burglary: Howard E. Curless, 28, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:10 p.m. Saturday at the Acra Manor Resort at 487 Old Route 23 on a charge of burglary, a felony. Further information was unavailable.
Catskill
• DWI: Candace R. Curby, 34, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:47 a.m. Sunday on county Route 23B at New York
State Thruway Exit 21 and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Curby was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI: Marvin R. Duchenne, 25, of the Bronx, was arrested by Thruway state police at 3:08 a.m. Sunday on the New York State Thruway at milepost 113 on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued a speeding ticket. Duchenne was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Clermont
• DWI: Sean K. Johnson, 28, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 11:50 p.m. Saturday on Church Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Johnson was released to a third party pending a court appearance.
Coxsackie
• DWI: Gerald St. Denis, 51, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 6:42 p.m. Saturday at 234 Mansion Street on the misdemeanors of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. St. Denis was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
Ellenville
• DWI: Nilesh K. Patel, 50, of Rock Hill, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:10 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 209 and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle
with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was also issued a speeding ticket. Patel was released with a ticket for Ellenville Village Court.
Germantown
• DWI: Matthew C. Dowden, 23, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 1:08 a.m. Sunday on Main Street and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Dowden was released with tickets for Germantown Town Court.
Hunter
• Drugs: Jaquelyn D. Lipp, 36, of Patchogue, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:27 a.m. Saturday at Hunter Mountain and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original
container, violation. Lipp was released with a ticket for Hunter Town Court.
• Drugs: Joseph M. Kivelevitz, 27, of Far Rockaway, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:10 p.m. Saturday on Ski Bowl Road and was charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales) and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, and with violating the state sanitary code, possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container and unlawful possession of marijuana, all violations. Kivelevitz was released with tickets for Hunter Town Court.
• Drugs: Aaron J. Buziak, 23, of Hamburgh, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:10 p.m. Saturday at Hunter Mountain and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Buziak was released with a ticket for Hunter Town Court.
• Drugs: Sean P. O’Neil, 38, of Binghamton, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (125 grams or greater of a hallucinogen), a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Lloyd
• DWI: Jesus F. Santiago, 48, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 44/ state Route 55 westbound at the Mid-Hudson Bridge on felony charges of drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years) and aggravated drunken driving (prior offense). Town of Rochester
• DWI: Brooke L. Peshke 24, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:32 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 209 at Queens Highway on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Peshke was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWAI: Esteban Ospina, 23, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:12 p.m. Saturday on Flatbush Road on a misdemeanor charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs. Ospina was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Contraband: Destiny B. Freeman, 24, of Far Rockaway, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at noon Saturday at the Ulster Correctional Facility at 750 Berme Road and was charged with introducing contraband into prison, a misdemeanor, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation.
