Michael C. Mauceri, 59, of Port Ewen

PORT EWEN » Michael C. Mauceri, 59, of Broadway, Port Ewen, N.Y., died at his home on Saturday, June 17, 2017. Born on May 28, 1958, in Kingston, N.Y., he was the son of the late Dr. Anthony Mauceri and Margaret M. (Daly) Mauceri.

Michael was a graduate of Coleman High School and Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. He was an attorney for Ulster County Family Court in Kingston, New York. Michael loved animals he was predeceased by his faithful canine friend, Isaiah. He was a history enthusiast and had a keen interest and was competent in Martial Arts.

Surviving are his wife, Sharon L. (Smith) Mauceri; his twin sons, Robert and Christian Mauceri; daughter, Arielle Mauceri; his siblings, Dr. Joseph Mauceri and his wife Ellery, Anthony L. Mauceri Jr. and his wife Jane, Margaret Callan, MaryAnne Manley and her husband Patrick, and Monica Mauceri; many nieces and nephews survive.

Funeral and cremation arrangements are under the guidance of Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home Inc., 27 Smith Ave., Kingston, N.Y. (www.jvleahyfh.com) Friends will be received at Immaculate Conception Church Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at the church. Inurnment will be in the family plot at Wiltwyck Cemetery at a later date.
