Catskill
• Drugs: Justin P. Fernandez, 38, of Summit Avenue, Building 9, Catskill, was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on June 15 and charged by Catskill police with two counts each of felony possession of a controlled substance and sale of a stimulant/ hallucinogenic. He was sent to Greene County Jail on $25,000 bail.
• Burglary: Matthew J. VanKuren, 23, of Catskill Commons, Building 30, Catskill, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. on June 18 and charged by Catskill police with one count of felony burglary. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Hunter
• Drugs: Daniel G. Palumbo, 22, of Albany was arrested at 10:15p.m. Sunday on state Route 32A and charged by state police at Highland with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was issued an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.
• DWI: Leslie White, 37, of Windham, was arrested at 5:40 a.m. Monday and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level of more than .08 percent following a traffic stop on state Route 32A by state police at Catskill. She was issued an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.
• DWI: Ronald J. Pautz, 26, of Staten Island, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Monday and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level of more than .08 percent following a traffic stop on state Route 32A by state police at Coxsackie. He was issued an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court. • DWI: Dylan Beckman, 20, of Ancram, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. Sunday and charged with the misdemeanors of drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level of more than .08 percent following a traffic stop on state Route 32A by state police at Catskill. He was issued an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court. • DWI: Matthew J. Delnick, 38, of Rotterdam, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. Sunday and charged with the felonies of drunken driving, driving with a blood alcohol level of more than .08 percent, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on state Route 32A by state police at Albany. He was issued an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court.
