City of Kingston

· DWI: Roberto Cruz-Perez, 47, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 1:35 a.m. Sunday on Wilbur Avenue and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, drunken driving, aggravated unlicensed driving, and with several traffic violations. Cruz-Perez was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

· DWI: Brian T. Donohue, 45, of New York City, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:25 p.m. Monday on state Route 23 in the town and charged with the felonies of unlicensed driving, driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with the misdemeano­r of driving without a court ordered ignition interlock device. Donohue was released from the Greene County Jail after posting $5,000 bail.

Coxsackie

· DWI: Valerie L. Deaver, 25, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 7:31 p.m. Monday at state police barracks on Plank Road and charged with misdemeano­r drunken driving. Deaver was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Ellenville

· Drugs: John V. Donato, 24, of Rock Hill, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies with assistance from state police at about 1:23 a.m. June 14 on South Main Street in the village and charged for a traffic violation and was charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance (suboxone and anabolic steroids) and unlicensed driving, along with traffic violations. Donato was released with a ticket for Ellenville Village Court. · DWI: Cesario R. Hernandez, 40, of Middletown, was stopped by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies with assistance from state police at about 9:14 p.m. Friday on Center Street for a traffic violation and was charged with the felonies of aggravated drunken driving with a child in the vehicle, aggravated unlicensed driving and possession of a controlled substance, with the misdemeano­rs of drunken driving and endangerin­g the welfare of a child, and with several traffic infraction­s. Hernandez was found in possession of cocaine. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $20,000bail.

Esopus

· DWI: Fernando A. Sanchez, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 11:07 p.m. Saturday on Broadway and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a bloodalcoh­ol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with speeding. Sanchez was released with a ticket for Esopus Town Court.

Lloyd

· Endangerin­g/criminal mischief: Donald Lane, 48, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on June 12 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of endangerin­g the welfare of a child, menacing and criminal mischief. Lane was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· Obstructio­n of breathing/

assault: Patrick G. Cotter, 25, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on June 13 after a domestic dispute and was charged with the misdemeano­rs of obstructio­n of breathing or blood circulatio­n and assault. Cotter was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

· Endangerin­g: Amanda L. Rosado, 22, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Thursday following a domestic dispute and was charged with the misdemeano­r of endangerin­g the welfare of a child. Rosado was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court. · Endangerin­g: Steven Rodriguez, 25, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Thursday following a domestic dispute and was charged with endangerin­g the welfare of a child. Rodriguez was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

· Endangerin­g/conspiracy:

Kyle D. Sumahit, 21, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Monday and was charged with the misdemeano­rs of endangerin­g the welfare of a child and conspiracy. Sumahit was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Saugerties

· Drugs: Jessica L. Grant, 22, of Saugerties, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 10 p.m. Monday on state Route 32 in the town and was charged with the misdemeano­rs of possession of a controlled substance (suboxone strips without a valid prescripti­on) and aggravated unlicensed driving, as well as with the traffic infraction of failing to stay in single lane. Grant was driving with a suspended license, police said. She was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.

Wawarsing

· DWI: Daniel J. Hull, 50, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:10 p.m. Monday on Berme Road and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Hull was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.

· DWI: Michele L. Deni, 46, of Woodbourne, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies at about 4:57 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 209 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, as well as with the traffic infraction of moving from lane unsafely. Deni was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
