City of Kingston
• Drugs: Christopher E. Amen, 36, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:30 a.m. Friday on U.S. Route 9W in Kingston and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Amen was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Kyle E. Taylor, 20, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:37 p.m. Thursday on state Route 32A and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, and with possession of marijuana, a violation. Taylor was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Coxsackie
• Drugs: Melissa A. Moore, 31, of Earlton, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:10 a.m. Friday at 12187 U.S. Route 9W in the town and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (a narcotic) with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance (a narcotic), both felonies. Moore was sent to the Greene County Jail pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable.
Red Hook
• DWI: Kaitlyn E. Sherwood, 23, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at
Rhinebeck at 3 a.m. Friday at 7411 South Broadway in the village and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Sherwood was released with a ticket for Red Hook Village Court.
Saugerties
• DWI:
Antonia SanchezBautista, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:15 a.m. Friday at 98 Serenity Drive in the town and was charged with drunken driving, aggravated drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding
0.08 percent, all misdemeanors. SanchezBautista was sent to the Ulster County Jail pending a court appearance.
• DWI: Deville Bink, 43, of South Cairo, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:15 a.m. Friday on the New York State Thruway and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Bink was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
Wawarsing
• DWI: Elijah K. Whitfield, 26, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:49 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 209 and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. Whitfield’s status was unavailable.
