The following items are based on informatio­n provided by officials in law enforcemen­t and the criminal justice system.

Ulster County Court

• Robbery: Justin DeCamillis, 18, of Kingston, was sentenced by Williams on March 6 to two and one-third to seven years in state prison for robbery, a felony. DeCamillis was arrested on July 8, 2016. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• Failure to register: Enis Gilmore, 50, of Kingston, was sentenced by Williams to two and onethird to seven years in state prison for failing to register as a sex offender, a felony. Gilmore was arrested on June 13, 2016.

• DWI: Jason Swinson, 38, of Kingston, was sentenced by Williams on March 10 to five years of probation and 30 days of community service, was ordered to install an ignition interlock device, had his license revoked and had to pay fines and fees for the felony of aggravated drunken driving. Swinson was arrested Feb. 7, 2016, by state police at Highland in Esopus and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child and aggravated unlicensed driving, both felonies; driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r; possession of marijuana, a violation; and driving without an inspection sticker, an infraction.

• DWI: Cody Morgan, 23, of Poughkeeps­ie, was sentenced by Williams on March 13 to two concurrent sentences off five years probation and three years probation for aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony, and drunken driving, a misdemeano­r, respective­ly. Morgan was arrested on June 20, 2015, by state police at Highland on U.S. Route 9W in Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs; and with the aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony.

• Violation of parole: unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Williams on March 7 to one to three years in state prison for violating parole, a felony. Pope was arrested on Nov. 16, 2013. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• DWI: James Clark, 71, address unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Williams on March 8 to one to three years in state prison for the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving. Clark was arrested on Sept. 5, 2016, and was initially charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving and with two misdemeano­r counts of drunken driving. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.
