College registration ongoing for this fall

GREENPORT, N.Y. » Columbia-Greene Community College urges residents to take a look at opportunities at the Greenport campus.

Registration is ongoing for the fall credit semester, which begins Sept. 5. Matriculated students may make appointments to register Aug. 8 and 16 from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Aug. 24 from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. For an appointment, call (518) 828-4181, ext. 3233, 3396 or 3261. No appointment is needed on Aug. 29, from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Nonmatriculated students may register any weekday through the first week of classes, either inperson or by telephone. Call the registrar weekdays at (518) 828-4181, ext. 5514, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or email info@mycommunitycollege.com for information.

To register, all prospective and returning students need a certificate of residence from the county treasurer’s office. Applications for admission may be completed with an admissions counselor or online at www. mycommunitycollege.com.
