City of Kingston

• DWI: Connor D. Lennon, 21, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:52 a.m. Sunday on Franklin Street on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Lennon was also isused a traffic ticket for illegal signal (less than 100 feet). Lennon was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Cairo

• DWI: Ernie Ocasio, 35, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:27 a.m. Sunday on state Route 32 Sunday on charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Ocasio was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Jennifer Biegel, 25, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:50 p.m. Saturday on county Route 23B on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Biegel was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• Contempt: A 17-year-old Catskill boy was arrested by state police at Catskill Saturday at 8:55 p.m. Saturday at 55 South Jefferson Ave. on a charge of criminal contempt, a misdemeano­r. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Lloyd

• DWI: Vincent D. Squilla, 31, of LaGrangevi­lle, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 3:11 a.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 9W on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was also issued a traffic ticket for an equipment violation (no headlights). Squilla was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Saugerties

• Obstructio­n of breathing: Frank G. Galizia, 31, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:08 p.m. Saturday on misdemeano­r charges of criminal obstructio­n of breathing and preventing an emergency call. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Wawarsing

• Reckless driving: David V. Underhill-Hval, 29, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:40 p.m. Saturday on Berme Road on charges of reckless driving and fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, both misdemeano­rs, and unlawful marijuana possession, a violation. Hval was also issued traffic tickets for failure to keep right on a two-lane road, failure to obey a police officer, illegal signal (less than 100 feet), failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding. He was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
