City of Kingston
• Weapons: Rafael I. Nieves, 31, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday on Cornell Street and charged with two counts of possession of a weapon and with aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeanors. Nieves was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWAI-drugs, alcohol: David M. Dennis, 40, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 23 in the town and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count each of driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol, driving while ability impaired by drugs, drunken driving, possession of a hypodermic needle and use of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Dennis was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Claverack
•DWI: Dana J. Gavin, 41, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 10:52 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 9H and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Gavin was released with a ticket for Claverack Town Court.
Rosendale
•DWI: Adrianne Theetge, 35, of High Falls, was arrested by Rosendale police at 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Mobil Gas station on state Route 32 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.18 percent, more than twice the legal limit, both misdemeanors. Theetge was ticketed after officers saw her behind the wheel of the vehicle she had been driving, police said. Police were checking the vehicle because the Mobil station was closed. Theetge was released with a ticket for Rosendale Town Court.
Shawangunk
• Marijuana: Michael A. Kroll, 20, of Walden, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 208 and was charged with possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Kroll was released with a ticket for Shawangunk Town Court.
