Kingston Stockade FC will celebrate the Fourth of July early with a pair of holiday weekend National Premier League matches at Dietz Stadium.

The team will play the Seacoast United Mariners at 5 p.m. Saturday and the TSF Academy at 6 p.m. on Monday.

Saturday’s match is also Military Appreciation Night, in which veterans and active military members receive two free tickets by showing their military IDs or other proof of service.

Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children ($2 if wearing anything soccer related).

Stockade’s last home match on June 10 set a club record with an attendance of 996 fans.

There will be no Keegan’s PreGame Tent for the weekend.

Kingston remains at the top of

the NPSL’s Atlantic White Conference Division with a 6-2-1 record. It leads Boston City FC by two points and Hartford City FC by five.

It went to Maine last Saturday and defeated the (2-61) Mariners 3-0.

TSF Academy is 5-2-2 on the year and in a scramble for a playoff berth in the Atlantic Blue Conference Division. The Academy is a tough team that defeated Boston City 2-1 three weeks ago.

There are just three games left in the regular season for Stockade, which has a big season finale showdown at Boston

on July 8 that could settle first place in the division. The top three teams in the division advance to the postseason, with the division winner getting a firstround bye.

Boston and Hartford tangle in a critical match Sunday in Connecticut.

Kingston, which is in its second season, failed to make the playoffs in its 2016 inaugural campaign. For road and highway information
