City of Kingston · Drugs:

Anthony C. Harding, 56, of White Plains, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:15 p.m. Friday and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony, and the violation of unlawful possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop in the vicinity of Oak Street. He was held pending further proceedings.

· Drugs: Carl C. Robinson, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster on Henry Street at 5:25 p.m. Friday and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill · Drugs:

Kimberly A. Simpson, 29, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1 p.m. Friday on West Bridge Street in Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Village Court. Coxsackie ·DWI:

Kendall R. Stanley, 29, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:24 p.m. Friday and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on state Route 32. He was issued an appearance ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Hunter · DWI:

Kenneth Stephens, 35, of Harris, MI, was arrested by state police at Hunter at 10:56 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 23A. He was issued an appearance ticket for Hunter Town Court. Lloyd · Patronizing a prostitute:

William F. Lynch, 70, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:52 p.m. Friday and was charged with patronizing a prostitute, a misdemeanor. He was held pending further proceedings. · DWI: Shavonni M. Mattey, 22, of Middletown, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:10 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 299. She was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz · DWI:

Gabriella Nazar, 21, of Central Valley was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:55 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken

driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Main Street. She was also charged with drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and following too closely, both infractions, and was issued an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.

Town of Ulster · DWI:

Daniel Acosta, 21, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4 a.m. Saturday and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on state Route 32. He was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing · DWI:

Jesus T. Morales, 31, of Elmont, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:01 p.m. Friday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop at 85 Martinfeldt Road. He was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.

Woodstock · DWAI-drugs:

Harley Avery, 71, of Woodstock, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:30 p.m. Friday and was charged with driving while impaired by drugs following a traffic stop on Tinker Street. He was issued an appearance ticket for Woodstock Town Court.
