The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
• DWI: Vincent Zeh, 35, of Accord, was sentenced by Judge Donald A. Williams on April 10 to a conditional discharge and ordered to install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle after being convicted of felony drunken driving. Zeh was arrested on April 26, 2016, and was convicted after a guilty plea. He filed an appeal on April 18.
• Drugs: Recardo Langston, 32, of Kingston, was sentenced by Williams on April 21 to five years in state prison and two years of post-release supervision after being convicted of one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Langston was arrested on June 2, 2016, and was charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts), assault, reckless endangerment and tampering with physical evidence; the misdemeanors of criminal mischief (three counts), reckless driving, resisting arrest and unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle; as well as numerous traffic infractions. He pleaded guilty in January to one felony count of possession of a controlled substance.
• Drugs: Deonia Jones, 22, was sentenced on April 28, 2017, to five years probation after pleading guilty to two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Jones was arrested on Feb. 27, 2017, and was initially charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of promoting prison contraband, conspiracy, and promoting prison contraband. • Drugs: Michael McCallion, also known as Michael Corleone, 32, address unavailable, was sentenced by Williams on April 13 to five years in prison and two years of post-release supervision, and was ordered to pay, fines, fees and $200 in restitution from his inmate account after being convicted of three felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. McCallion was arrested on Sept. 8, 2016. Further information was unavailable.
• Drugs: Ellery Meredith, 35, of Queens, was sentenced by Williams on April 30 to five years in prison and three years of post-release supervision after being convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Meredith was arrested by Kingston police in October 2016 after an investigation into crack cocaine sales at a residence on Garden Street. After executing a search warrant at 53 Garden St., police charged Meredith with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. • Drugs: Jesse Chapman, 21, address unavailable, was sentenced by acting County Judge Lawrence Ball to three years probation after being convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Chapman was arrested in the town of Ulster on Aug. 20, 2014, and was initially charged with one felony count of criminal sale of a controlled substance (a narcotic drug) and two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (a hallucinogenic substance). He pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 4.
• DWI: Rosendo CruzPerez, 26, address unavailable, was sentenced by Williams on April 7 to three years probation and was ordered to pay fines and fees after being convicted of misdemeanor drunken driving. CruzPerez was charged with felony drunken driving on Nov. 6, 2015, in Kingston, and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunken driving on April 7.
• DWI: Ronald J. Rider, 35, address unavailable, was sentenced by Williams on April 10 to one to three years in state prison after being convicted of felony drunken driving. Rider was charged with felony drunken driving on April 26, 2016, and pleaded guilty on Nov. 2, 2016. He appealed his sentence on April 19. Rider was also ordered to pay fines and fees, had his license revoked and was ordered to install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle.
• DWI: Horatio M. Ax Chub, 25, address unavailable, was sentenced by Williams on April 7 to five years probation, was ordered to install an ignition interlock device, had his license revoked and was ordered to pay fines and fees after being convicted of felony drunken driving. Chub was arrested in Kingston on June 2, 2016, and was charged with drunken driving. He pleaded guilty to the charge Feb. 3.
• DWI: Kevin McGreery, 59, address unavailable, was sentenced by Williams to five years probation, ordered to install an ignition interlock device, had his license revoked and was ordered to pay fines and fees after being convicted of felony drunken driving. McGreery was arrested on May 20, 2016, in the town of Ulster and was charged with felony drunken driving. He pleaded guilty to the charge on Feb. 6.
• Drugs/criminal contempt: Devin Mitchell, 44, address unavailable, was sentenced by Williams on April 28 to concurrent sentences
of three years in state prison with two years of post-release supervision for criminal possession of a controlled substance and one year for criminal contempt, and was ordered to pay fines and fees. Mitchell, who was arrested on Oct. 19, 2016, pleaded guilty to the charges. Further information was unavailable.
• Grand larceny: Jason Bowman, 34, address unavailable, was sentenced by Williams on April 10 to one to three years in prison for grand larceny, a felony, and was ordered to pay fines and fees. Bowman was charged with grand larceny on June 3, 2015, for a crime that occurred between Aug. 13 and Sept. 30, 2013, according to court records. Bowman pleaded guilty to grand larceny on Feb. 8. • Drugs: Andrew Williams, 36, address unavailable, was sentenced by Ulster County Judge Donald Williams to three years in prison and two years of post-release supervision, and was ordered to pay $530 restitution, fines and fees after being convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Andrew Williams was arrested on Aug. 1, 2016, for an offense that occurred May 14, 2016. He pleaded guilty on April 11 and appealed the sentence on April 25. Further information was unavailable.
