The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

Cairo

· DWI: Jennifer L. Renz, 37, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:55 p.m. Tuesday on Katin Lane and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Renz was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.

· Marijuana: Kevin M. Horan, 24, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:35 p.m. on Old Route 23 at 10:35 p.m. Tuesday and was charged with the misdemeanor of possession of more than 25 grams of marijuana. Horan was released with a ticket for Cairo Town Court.

Catskill

· Unlawfully dealing with a child: Nichole M. Martinez, 32, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at 9:10 p.m. Monday on state route 23B in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of alcoholic beverage. Martinez was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.

Wawarsing

· Drugs: Freddie Medina, 42, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 209 in Wawarsing and was charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance and facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and with a license plate violation, an infraction. Medina was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
