ARCHERY 3D Bow Shoot: Aug. 20 at the South Side Rod & Gun Club, 43 Baker Road, West Hurley. Several categories available: Top Gun, Open, Traditiona­l, Women, Youth and Cub. 3D game animals set up in natural settings throughout the course. The Club’s kitchen will be open, offering hamburgers, hot dogs and soft drinks. A great family event for shooters of all skill levels and ages. —— BASEBALL Bus Trips Miami Marlins at New York Mets: City of Kingston Parks and Recreation Department­sponsored trip to an Aug. 18 night game (7:10 p.m.) at Citi Field. It is a “Free Shirt Friday.” Bus leaves Cornell Street parking lot at 3 p.m. Charge, which includes Trailways bus transporta­tion and a seat in Field Reserved Section 138 (in left center field) is $90 for City of Kingston residents and $95 for non-residents. Camps Senators Baseball Camp: For ages 7-12 9 a.m.-4 p.m. July 24-28 at SUNY Ulster. Led by Ulster head coach Steven Morse. Camp focuses on basic fundamenta­ls in addition to intense work on learning and improving skills, effective drills and developing proper work habits. Athletes place into groups based on age and ability. Players also have the opportunit­y to learn about other positions during specialty groups. Coach-to-athlete ration is 1:12. Bring a glove, bat, baseball hat, long athletic pants and footwear (rubber spikes/sneakers). Catchers should bring chest protector, helmet, shin guards and facemask if they have them. Signups may be done during business hours at the Andy Murphy (Midtown) Neighborho­od Center, 467 Broadway, in Kingston or online at www. kingstonpa­rksandrec.org Ages 7-10 meet from 9 a.m.-noon and 11-14 from 1-4 p.m. Fee is $65 for City of Kingston residents and $80 for non-city residents. All ages are welcome and the cost is $6 per week. There will be Bumper Bowling for new and younger players to help them develop. Bring your own 3-person team or the Club will help you form a team.
