The following items are based on informatio­n provided by officials in law enforcemen­t and the criminal justice system.

Ulster County Court

· Aggravated unauthoriz­ed driving: Winford Newson, 52, address unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Judge Donald A. Williams on May 12 to one year in the Ulster County Jail for one felony count of aggravated unlicensed driving. Newson was arrested on Sept. 27, 2015, and initially charged with two felony counts of aggravated unlicensed driving. He pleaded guilty to one count on March 10.

· DWAI-drugs: Ashley Knabl, 30, address unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Williams on May 10 to one to three years in state prison for aggravated unauthoriz­ed driving, a felony. Knable was arrested in Plattekill on May 24, 2016, and was initially charged with two felony counts of driving while ability impaired by drugs as well as aggravated unauthoriz­ed driving. Knable pleaded guilty on March 7.

· Aggravated family offense: Daniel Towne, 36, address unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Williams on May 31 to 1 1⁄3 to four years in state prison, issued an order of protection on behalf of his victim and ordered to pay fines and fees from his inmate account for the felony of aggravated family offense. Towne was arrested in the town of New Paltz on March 29, 2016. He pleaded guilty on March 27.

· Aggravated family offense: Nashawn Burden, 27, address unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Williams on May 30 to two to four years in state prison, issued an order of protection on behalf of his victim and ordered to pay fines and fees from his inmate account for the felony of aggravated family offense. Burden was arrested on July 22, 2016, in Kingston, in connection with an incident that occurred on July 15, 2016. He was initially charged with seven felony

counts of aggravated family offense and eight misdemeano­r counts of harassment. On March 29, he pleaded guilty to three felony counts of aggravated family offense.

·DWI: Joseph A. Dilley, 27, of Kingston, was sentenced by Williams on May 5 to five years of probation, had his license revoked, was ordered to install an ignition interlock device and to pay fines and fees for the felony of aggravated drunken driving. Dilley was arrested on Oct. 15. He pleaded guilty on March 6. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

·DWI: Nicholas O’Rourke,

28, address unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Williams on June 30 to 90 days in the Ulster County Jail, had his license revoked, was ordered to install an ignition interlock device and pay fees for drunken driving. O’Rourke was arrested in Kingston on March 29, 2016, and charged with drunken driving. He pleaded guilty on March 17. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

· Drugs: Shane E. Charles, 28, of Highland, was sentenced by Williams on May 5 to three years in state prison, followed by two years of post-release supervisio­n, for felony possession of a controlled substance. Charles was arrested on Dec. 21, 2015. Additional informatio­n was unavailabl­e.
