Coxsackie

·DWI: Andrew A. Gere, 26, of Coxsackie, was charged Friday at about 1:15 a.m. with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, according to state police at Catskill. Gere was arrested on Farm to Market Road in Coxsackie and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Olive

· Grand Larceny: An 18-year-old Hobart woman was charged with grand larcney, a felony, and criminal mischief, a misdemeano­r, about 3:08 p.m. Thursday, according to state police at Shokan. The suspect, who was not named, was arrested at 48 Land Road in Olive, police said.

Plattekill

· Criminal mischief: Gregory V. Cammarata, 20, of Wallkill, was charged with criminal mischief, a felony, and menacing, a misdemeano­r, about 5:50 a.m. on Kingsview Highway in Plattekill, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. An investigat­ion revealed that Cammarata was involved in a domestic dispute with a former girlfriend and, during the dispute, he is alleged to have used an expendable baton to smash the window of her vehicle, deputies said. He was arraigned in the Town of Plattekill Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond, deputies said.

· Breathing obstructio­n:

Taylor F. Notaro, 25, of Plattekill, was charged Thursday with criminal obstructio­n of breathing and criminal mischief, misdemeano­rs, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. At about 2:45 a.m. Thursday, deputies went to a reported domestic incident in Plattekill, police said. Through investigat­ion, it was found that Notaro caused damage to multiple pieces of furniture and a door in the apartment, deputies said. Police accused Notaro of choking the person involved in the dispute, deputies said. Notaro was arraigned at the Town of Plattekill Court and released, police said.

Rosendale

· Drugs: Felicita I. Santiago, 55, of Tillson, was charged at about 5 a.m. Thursday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and the violation of unlawful possession of marijuana, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies had gone to a report of a domestic dispute at an address on River Road in Rosendale. During the course of the investigat­ion, Santiago was found in possession of marijuana and marijuana edibles, deputies said. Santiago was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Rosendale Court on a later date.

New Paltz

· DWI: Scott A. Cuomo, 21, of Warwick was arrested at 4:07 a.m. Friday and charged with misdemeano­r drunken driving and vehicle and traffic infraction­s following a traffic stop on Main Street by New Paltz police. He was released to a relative to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

· DWI: Eric P. Henn, 28, of Kingston, was at 11:57 p.m. Thursday and charged with two counts of misdemeano­r drunken driving following an investigat­ion into a complaint about a man smashing glass bottles in the parking lot of a local gas station in New Paltz. New Paltz police found Henn sitting in the driver seat of his

vehicle. When taken into custody, Henn was found to be in possession of an open container of alcohol in his pants pocket. He was released to a relative, pending an appearance in New Paltz Town Court.

· DWI: Gurparam Shah, 20, of New Paltz, was arrested at 3:36 a.m. Friday and charged with two counts of misdemeano­r drunken driving following a traffic stop on Main Street by New Paltz police. He was released on his own recognizan­ce to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

· DWI: David S. Sanchez, 29, of New Paltz, was arrested at 4:03 a.m. Thursday and charged with misdemeano­r drunken driving following a traffic stop on Main Street by New Paltz police. He was released on his own recognizan­ce to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Wawarsing · Stolen property:

Dustin E. Swisher, 29, of Philipsbur­g, was charged Thursday at about 3:33 p.m. with criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeano­r, according to state police at Wawarsing. Swisher was arrested at 7282 state Route 209 in Wawarsing, police said.
